 PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An email confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping prices are determined by the current rate attached to shipment. Shipping carriers raise their shipping rates daily and that may increase the shipping cost from time to time, taxes are also collected with every purchase.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted, wholesale orders will ship 2 weeks after orders are placed. If you want to receive your parcel faster, please select Priority Shipping or Express Shipping at checkout to ensure timely arrival of 1-3 business days.

Note: There will be extra time for package to arrive just in case carrier holiday shipping schedules surface. To ensure package will arrive in time for the holidays, you can select priority shipping at checkout.

ORDER STATUS

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Order Status can also be confirmed by creating an account on our website, log into your account, there you have the chance to view your order history.

SHIPPMENT OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

Lash’d Dollz Co, LLC offer fast and affordable international shipping to customers around the world. Our products can be delivered to places around the world which include but not limited to Europe, Australia, Asia, South America, Middle East, and more. Most goods shipped to the EU are now subject to VAT and potentially a clearance fee. The charges vary from one country to another.

LATE DELIVERY

First, track your package from the confirmation e-mail sent to you, which contain the tracking information and shipment history. Contact your local carrier with your tracking information, if you still need assistance, contact Lash’d Dollz Co, LLC via chat feature on the website or send an e-mail with your name and order number to Lashdollzco@gmail.com

Packages are occasionally lost in transit by the shipping company, delaying their arrival. When this happens, we have no control, but we recommend that you contact your local post office or shipping company for an update.
